Free Ways to Generate Leads on Twitter
The better that you get at being an effective communicator and leader on Twitter, the more it will transform your business, income and yourself. Even if you do not have any marketing skills, or background you can still be successful through marketing on Twitter.
Twitter is one of the biggest social networking sites online today. If you have not already signed up for a profile, you are missing out.
First you want to create a Twitter profile. Be honest with the questions and fill out the bio honestly. Use your real name.
Upload a picture. Make sure the picture is clear and you appear friendly. Choose a picture of you smiling. You can also Google search for a site that can help you generate a Twitter background. Keep it simple.
Use the search options to find people to follow. The search option is at the bottom of the page. Start following people based on the people that you would like to network with. Do not just follow everybody you see. You will be able to follow a certain amount of people before your followers need to catch up to you.
In order to generate followers you must post 25% of your content for business and 75% on other content. Post things that people will be attracted to, whether they are motivational quotes, questions or pictures, engage others through your Tweets and Tweet things that you would excite you.
Post about 6 engaging Tweets a day.
To generate even more followers post your twitter name on your Facebook profile, forum signatures and place a widget on your blog.
Generate Leads for Free Using Keyword Research
Making sure you have great keywords is the most important thing to learn while marketing your business online. Without keywords you are floating in the land of misfit websites. You want to be on page 1 of Google as quickly as possible in order to get recognized and increase your popularity.
Using the best keyword research tool, you will be able to compete with the big boys and get yourself up on Google if you use the method the right way. There are actually no tools that you need to use. All you need is Google, and an idea for a content title.
If you want to know how I can keep getting myself and my business on page 1 of Google over and over again... listen carefully.
The real secret stretegy isn't really a strategy at all, it's the easiest thing to do. No secrets here, it's a 2 step process.
1) Google your content idea title
2) Put that title in quotes and look at the results
Now we can analyze the results. If the results show less than "400,000" IN QUOTES, then you have a pretty good chance of getting your content on Google.
BUT: you also need to make sure that your content is unique. If you see 2 Ezine articles in places 1 and 2 in your search, then do not write another Ezine article. Write an article from another source like Articlebase or Articlesnatch. Same thing goes for Squidoo lenses and videos. Make sure there is no more than 2 pieces of content using the same source. If there are no videos in the search results, try to make a Youtube video with your keywords.
If the search results in quotes shows up with over 400,000 results then rewrite your content title to make the results get down to 400,000.
Example: "Ways to make money online" = 519,000 results. If you change the title to something less competitive like "best way to make money online" then your results get lower (156,000) so "best way to make money online" would be a great keyword to use in your content.
Once you have your keywords. You MUST have the EXACT SAME keywords in your content title, twice in the body and once in the tags.
P.S.. None of this is guaranteed but as you have seen in the videos, it has helped me and my team build a presence on Google. There are many other great tools out there but this one is free and seems to be working extremely well for a bunch of us.

Creating great content is just the tip of the iceberg. You might have 100 articles and videos out there with just a few views. Getting more views to your content can be difficult if you do not have a large following. Here are some simple ways you can get more views to your content using a few stress-free techniques.
It all starts with a blog post …
1) Post your content link into your facebook status and share it with your friends
2) Post your content link to your Twitter 3x a week
3) Social bookmark your content by using a few popular social bookmarking sites.
4) Upload your content into your BetterNetworker account.
5) Send your content to your email subscribers. You can also write an excerpt of the blog post in your email and then provide a link to your post. That way you can get more views to your bog. (giving you better rankings in the search engines)
6) Make your content into an article and post it to Ezine. After it has been approved by Ezine you can submit it to other article sources like ArticleBase or GoArticles.
7) Turn your blog post into a video and repeat steps 1-4 with your video link.
8) Upload your video to YouTube and TubeMogul
These are some quick ways to get more views to your content. If your content is valuable you will see more views and get a steady stream of views if you have great keywords! Not all of your content needs to be keyword loaded but it’s important to make sure you have some posts and videos with awesome competitive keywords.

Try to get to know someone before speaking about the business. Make sure you are not spamming anyone and create content that is 75% value and 25% strictly business.
These are just some very basic tips for learning how to market your business online for free. They work really well when you stick with it. A lot of the time, you can create a piece of content once and it will be in the search engines forever. Everything you learn should be created into an article, video or blog post.
